RAVE inherits a form. Robert Indiana stacked LOVE two letters over two in 1965. General Idea took the same square in 1987 and put AIDS in it. RAVE follows them.

LOVE named the counterculture. AIDS named the emergency. RAVE names the moment when the Berlin Wall came down and a temporary autonomous zone emerged in the gap before the next order arrived. Add new machines, new theory, and dance to music without words. Freedom in place, escaping CONTROL. Underground as invisible insurrection.

The form holds the word. Each RAVE piece, sculpture, ring, print, transmits a signal made under one set of conditions to a viewer reading it under a different set.
